L.V Cabling & Compressor Installation for Britvic Soft Drinks

Estil were contracted by Britvic Soft Drinks to carry out the L.V distribution to all of the equipment associated with a new bottling line.

This involved installing supplies to the following items of equipment:

New Belliss & Morcom 550kW H.P Compressor

New Sidel Bottle Blowing Machine

New Conveyor Line Control System

New Chiller

The majority of the cabling was installed at high level on heavy duty ladder racking.

The compressor installation was carried out in conjunction with Belliss & Morcom with Estil also designing, manufacturing and supplying the 550kW inverter controlled control system for the machine and its associated cooling system.

The work was completed without disruption to the existing production with work being carried out over weekend periods where necessary.

The contract was completed to schedule.

 

Contract Value – Approx £100,000.00
